Excited to see first forward looking statements.. still bidding for more but when pr comes out that bid will turn to ask slap.. not just me ;)

REVIEW OF 2018 for this stock and it’s shareholder value ....

1- ISSUED ALL FILINGS and DISCLOSURES for 3 past years to go CURRENT with both SEC and OTC over the last 10 months. A fair assessment would deem that it does appear that new management went to every length to make it clear they will be moving away from the existing “oil” industry.

2- AUDITS were also done- that holds merit for a new management ...a substantial deal could very well have been completed and executed.

3- SOUND FUNDAMENTALS - excellent recently reported share structure from TA and filings and now the stock investors can await exactly what’s in store.

4- INTRIGUING state filings and disclosures as well as amendments and relate LLC entities can be found connecting this stock to potential MMJ massive merger related to First Canna Pharma, First Canna Financial and seemingly within around 7 or 8 states already.

IMO -with the aforementioned points and the transparency and full attempt at better investor disclosure— this stock pps is headed multi penny upon the next Corp update. 05-.10 pps coming with full confirmations IMO
