In my OPINION , It Looks like the LENDERS will demand larger discounts to market IF and when they make further loans to TRTC in the future as the stock is in the toilet and the risk of failure looms much larger now especially after the dismal 3rd quarter report.
Volume has decreased on the buy side and huge dilution seems likely. Bad news or common shareholders and as I have said many times the only real winners here are the INSIDERS and TOXIC LENDERS.
