Last I have seen which is may Kazakhstan has had almost all of its sovereign wealth frozen for a oilfield deal that went south with the government using mob tactics to take over the operation. The majority of money the country has has been frozen since last year and last news report on the situation was may this year when a request to un freeze assest was made and rejected by the courts
