Control in the corp, which Tony's claim is still sketchy at best isn't the same as control of the brand. It looks like the assignment took place on 10/31 and was recently submitted to the USPTO.

But Corr Brands still owns 50%.

Not sure what was meant by "Brand Name" on the balance sheet, but if it's Apple Rush Tony, his attorney, and his accountant are more incompetent than I thought.
