Wow, huge dumping of shares again today.

Investors may have seen the financials, which show that the special preferred shares can be converted/dumped for 8.25 billion common shares.

Also, CBDD has $0 money coming in and no sales.

CBDD doesn't even have enough shares authorized....thus the reverse split coming or a share auth raise to around 30 billion shares.
