XXII has good, rock solid patents, for sure. A lot of companies do, though, I'm in 3 patent plays now with similar credentials - BT is going to fight tooth and nail to keep anything from messing with its revenue. Sitting back with the patents and expecting to amass a fortune doesn't seem to work.
