It has 1,25 billion outstanding shares. A new company merged in, a company which talks about uplisting. Where is the fairytale?

Most start with 1m o/s. Means 1 for 1200 and you need $6 pps to break even.

They will issue new shares post split. If they issue 49m shares post split it has a $300m market cap already at $6. Where is the upside potential?

The value of the company is in question.

I asked the company to inform shareholers about the ratio.

They have also no reason to wait for higher pps until they release it.
1 for 1200 and pps is already $6. It can happen any day!
