I'm curious as to what makes you think the company doesn't have arrangements with the CRO for monthly payments? I haven't seen a lien filed by the CRO. Does that mean they have an agreement? If so, how long before payoff?

I suspect Leo wants this resolved asap. We just don't have enough data for the timeline.

What was there to figure out? Leo tithed some of his personal shares to a Foundation where the synagogue is the beneficiary.

Jewish organizations review donations through the prism of halakhah. Meaning they will not accept money that has the remotest chance of being tainted.

The accusations floating around are in direct conflict of the well established and court respected principal of halakhah.
