The SEC just handles the civil cases. They turn criminal activity discovered in their investigations over to the appropriate prosecutors. Really no telling how deep it will get with ongoing questioning, IRS audits etc.
But good point, the videos may help with any long term criminal investigations that may be taking place, who knows?
I agree, lots of BS opinions here trying to use Facebook videos for “proof”. I mean if I take a video of a bridge and tell you it’s mine would you be interested in buying part of it?
