The company has already indicated the AS will NOT change.

The Board of Directors and the Majority Stockholder of the Company have approved a reverse stock split of all the outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock at an exchange ratio of one post-split share for ten thousand pre-split shares (1:10,000) without reducing the number of authorized shares of Common Stock, and an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to effect such a reverse stock split.
