Most companies that have all their products successful thru Phase II trials IMO believe the majority of the gamble for them is in their rear view mirror, especially when all 3 have such rock solid safety profiles as Brilacidin, Prurisol, and Kevetrin.
My view of the "scare 'em to to death with all the risks" ploy is that it is all razzle-dazzle. There is risk in everything to some degree. Startup biotech investors accept risk. If not, this is obviously not the play for them.
