This is the BIGGEST crock of sh*t I’ve ever heard! “It will be suspended and delisted before it ever runs. This co doesnt exist anymore as it once did and once sec gets around to it theyll pull the plug.” The SEC doesn’t arbitrarily pull the plug on companies complying with standard guidelines, e.g., filing 8-Ks that explicitly provide details on the delay of financial filings.
