The big money sold to everyone else wanting in, they owned their shares way lower then $1.00. By selling and selling they made money all the way back down! Then now they sit on the bid and buy all those lovely shares back in the .80's!! 30% on their money in just a few days! Had there been enough money to keep moving the pps higher they would have had to buy back in. Instead they waited for everyone to sell back their shares where they bought them just hours or days before! Maybe with plm getting ALL the permits the pps would have stayed higher? JMO Big money controlling the pps.
