The first batch of 50 million went to insiders as everyone well knows and it took an article showing insider enrichment to force DP and the rest to exchange their "B"'s for commons......They did and then sold em all IMHO.
DP bought a 3.4 million dollar home with his....IMHO
So yes this new batch is simply sitting there to be dispersed and if I were a CEO I would ensure a proper portion of those are issued to the CEO and staff and any accredited investor :) (that would be a common shareholder with assets of one million dollars ) I know a few that post here :)
