I think the GLDFF shares took more of the hit is due to the shaken confidence in the management there. Of all the Companies they could have chosen to merge with they managed to find one of the worst ones. GLDFF and the shareholders would be doing much better right now if they would have never announced the pending merger.
TRTC has not faired as poorly because this was a smart move on their part.
