Leo should at least update us this week, approaching 60 days or so on BTD, 90 days on term sheet which I believe are averages for these things for answers! SP is dire, Leo needs to at least update, we’ve endured a lot this year so we deserve it!

we do know: term sheet signed-and now gone, or wording in last PR woulda been very different.

BTD is also gone, obv- oh yeah- they'll announce it on the very last day. I doubt it.
