CC Q1 = ex date awaiting FINRA approval, but targeting Q4

I don't know if he mentioned FINRA approval then but he definitely mentioned regulatory approval.

I really don't know what to make of the nonsense we hear from Dan from time to time. He must be doing good work otherwise they would never pass the SEC review and report earnings on time in such a difficult moment. But things he says sometimes during CC's makes a person seriously question his basic knowledge about the company.
