It is not legal at the federal level to do either of those things, so the farm bill could make that legal federally and open all kinds of opportunities. IMO GLTA
How about the upcoming Hemp land acquisition for RSHN mentioned in the last PRs A similar land size will bring RSHN 15 million dollars per harvest and imagine if RSHN acquires a bigger land than WSRA! We are talking big numbers here and they already have the labs running ! All that are great ingredients to make RSHN a star hemp stock with the upcoming legalisation. The timing of the hemp cultivation new land could not be better with the farm bill
The farm bill will legalize hemp across the country, which in turn means the ability to grow and produce it is much easier (not limited to just Colorado). So bc of this the Fed can't come in and shut down an operation like they can now (no more risk in these companies) AND they can get real financing now bc previously banks are not allowed to touch any company that deals with marijuana or HEMP. Multiple positives for this company alone, let alone the sector as a whole in the states
