Given that they are for .0001's, I'd say they were sells, but there is something 'odd' about them. I was not able to watch the BIDxASK in real time, so I can only guess. Maybe they were limit sells at .0001, and a market maker chose to buy them at .0001 when there was no bid. If that guess is correct, the next question is, why would a market maker buy them?

I suspect a lot of those were tax loss skills through brokers...
