Hmmm seems to me that this is another Chinese scammer operating under the radar screen. Don't be fooled by the bid/offer scenario..The Chinese CEO just reversed the stock 1000:1 straight after completing his RTO and then issued himself and his countrymen a boatload of (free) shares...this ensured all the existing shareholders were wiped out and only his coterie make out like bandits...Where is the SEC Enforcement Division when you need them...oh, of course, they are probably reading this post!
