52M-1 x 74M-2 now. It seems someone might dump his/her 50M shares at the bid very soon before ACTL starts a 12-Bagger+ huge rally...

Today the asking shares size was increased to over 100M shares! So we might see an huge dumping sale at 0.0001 in the coming days/weeks unless the bidding shares size could be increased to over 100M ~ 200M shares.

Currently ACTL is still on very weak mood due to lack of strong bids support!
