You either believe what the company is saying or you don't. If the company is a scam and there is no Canadian land deal, those involved will go to jail - no if ands or buts about it. It would be a blatant and conscious effort to deceive shareholders. As for the buyback, I continually see large blocks trade above, below, or in between the bid / ask which is indicative of a buyback. I have seen nothing here that would suggest that this is a scam. Ask yourself, how would they scam you? The shares that you own have already been issued by the company. The company does not make money when somebody buys their shares on the open market. The company by law is only authorized to have issued 142 million shares. The company needs to have a board resolution and a shareholder vote to increase that amount. The numbers that we get from the Transfer agent are incorrect and dynamic in nature. That is, they don't take into account the restricted shares (100 million) that were purchased from viyon and the Float shares that have been purchased for the buyback. The TA also registers any short positions which are basically short term counterfeit shares until the positions are covered.

FGFC has recently issued 30-35 million restricted shares for "something". I believe this was a down payment on the $100 million development project they are currently working on. I also believe that the shares they issued were shares that they have been buying on the open market since the beginning of July. That is the only legal way they can issue them. That is why we are now seeing this delay in the buyback completion. I also believe they have a first right of refusal agreement that gives them the opportunity to purchase some, if not all of the "down payment" shares before they are converted.

Remember, management's shares become tradable in February. Would they want to dilute and run the company into the ground before they get a chance to sell their shars? Or do you think they would want to reduce share structure, bolster the balance sheet and move to the OTCBB just prior to their shares becoming tradable?
