I've suspected that for some time now and posted it yesterday or the day before. Way too many large sells, 25K to 90K, go through at bid with a 2500 bid size or even below bid as we just saw with that 90K trade. So it's either some form of dilution or mm's are passing shares as they short it lower and why not. No one really buying at ask. Too easy for them. JMHO.

i don't know why we would need to dilute with Merida's investment. in the news release from oct. 3rd they also stated that they will provide certain operational resources and support for both Freedom Leaf and their global cultivation operations.

Folks- please there is NO dilution, let me say that again. No dilution. There CANNOT be dilution without filings. There are no notes due, there are not toxic lenders. Nothing alluding to dilution sources in the 10K - zippo / nada / buttkiss.

the only convertible sources of commons were the warrants, which are all converted by Nov 1at, and even those were not dilution as they were part of the OS count.

IMO it may be employee shares being sold via broker. that is the only possibility. and even that is not dilution. remember there were a batch that came off restriction end of June. (everyone has read filings and Qs - right?) ;-)

IMO- please do not use that "D" term without fully understanding it, and the processes behind it first. it really is a crap thing to throw around without basis.

if you are watching the ticker too closely go do something relaxing. we good here! we''ll see .40+ / .60+ soon enough.

PS you do no have to guess or take my word for it- it is all in the filings, the K and Qs. it is concrete 10000% FACT.
