They filed an NT-10-Q on November 14th, which gives them 5 calendar days to file. Otherwise it's late. Based on their reporting history, they'll have it filed Monday after close. Tuesday at the very latest.

Could they not file? Sure, but I believe they will.

That is when they are required. They filed an extension. An extension gives them 5 calendar days. It is how they always release them.
