Not sure, saw something similar with STKR earlier this year. It's another thinly traded ticker, with a long standing dilutive MM(similar to ALPS) always parked on the ask, then started getting some big bidders, and unusual volume out of the blue.

In that case, it turned out that a new management firm had been acquiring shares on the open market. The accumulation started at around .14 cents and the stock is now .07 cents....so ultimately didn't mean anything....but got my attention nonetheless....lol.

are you watching at .30 cents keep on watching maybe you can watch it keep on going higher maybe it might be wise to also follow the money and buy a few shares just possible good things are starting to happen
