In the filings out yesterday for that other company it shows Aldo Rotondi and Matthew Sacco as large shareholders so Airam would still have involvement since it's ran by Aldo.

Aldo Rotondi 24,500,000 11.7%
Matthew Sacco 24,500,000 11.7%

That other stock is priced at .15 with float showing around 40 million and this one is same price with float only around 700K!!!
