Excellent question. Most logical answer would be to make money. Or could be part of some back door deal SK made for whatever reason. OR BOTH! Soon may or may not be involved. Like you said, we don't really know anything going on behind closed doors. Just got to think and believe SK will get a "fair" deal even though there will be many who will think NOT! The thing is, SH's will probably need to vote to approve whatever it is, and I think it will be. SK/SOON likely have the votes they need for whatever it is they want approved.
I added a few more shares at .59 on Fri. Although my avg pps keeps going down, my % loss just keeps getting bigger. Fighting a losing battle, but according to Pietro, we won't have to fight too much longer. EOY at most, but still able to p/u CYTR shares cheaper until then. AND, do you think we see non-compliance letter on Wed, Fri, or next week given holiday on Thursday? I'm not worried about delisting any time SOON, but what pps will be? That's what worries me.
I was on the road for the past several days, but still check my account regularly. I'll be traveling to Nashville tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Then to Knoxville for the latest R/E project. Not working on this one as it's too far away, but I can invest in it, if it looks promising.
