Santa Claus gonna be here in 6 weeks TOO, that is how long it has been since Lyin Ted announced "Acquisitions in two weeks"! Just keep saying "I believe" and it should happen, really!!! Pumptard Express leaving Fantasy Land and heading to Bankruptcy Land, Teds got the paid pumpers a free pass!

Watching HMNY is like watching a daily train wreck. Such an unsustainable business plan and now the well capitalized copy cats are benefiting with their proof that subscription based movie going is viable.

But Movie Pass will pass away.

Reverse cancelled... for now. They’ll be back.
They even say so.

Convertible Notes of 164M cancelled. You mislead, as does Helios, when you leave off the part that only $44M in Notes remained anyway.

ATM cancelled. And when Ted gets his 1:1000 Reverse (the next one they’ll push for) nothin’ stopping Helios from bringing back another ATM registration.

You’re still BSing about MoviePass having 3.2 Million subscribers?
Even when you’ve been informed Mitch last said 2.1 Million subscribers (Spanish article)?
Clear deception presented.

They have $6 million cash which will go towards all the plaintiffs in the multi class action lawsuits they have pending.

As for “new plan, cashflow positive,” Mitch in same interview said:

“I’m of the belief that almost any idea can be turned into a business if you just execute properly, and have enough resources to have the time to refine your model.” — Mitch Lowe

MoviePass has relied upon Helios to fund it. Helios is now dry. Mitch has insufficient money to turn the great idea into a workable business. And, the idea of $10/month for unlimited movies as the company’s central business model just may not be that great.

this is really bad -- C)MONTHLY USAGE PER SUBSCRIBER REDUCED TO .77 FROM 2.22

Average monthly usage per subscriber was dramatically reduced to .77 movies per month in September 2018, as compared to 2.22 movies per month in April 2018 (see graphic).
