By all means, take your time and remember the USA counts corporations as having individual rights and they can be slandered and the person committing that slander can be sued in a civil court by the individual investors who lose money or by the corporation slandered. And your slander is now public record. IMHO, IMO, are used to avoid any issues with ones wrong opinions or bald faced lies as are the disclaimers several folks always insure are at the bottom of their BS.

Lets take the word "slander" and research it.......IMHO one will realize "slander" is incorrect when dealing with published opinions of TRTC.

"Defamation, slander, and libel are terms that frequently confused with each other. They all fall into the same category of law and have to do with communications that falsely debase someone’s character."

Maybe TRTC got confused back in 2014 and that s why they did not pursue this issue......... or........not.
