Does anyone have knowledge of United Mortgage trust? Below is a link to the last filed 10q. This is the entity that has the deficiency notes and recourse obligations.

I assume the SEC and FBI looked into all these inter company dealings. There was no reference to UMT in the SEC settlement. So, I assume no wrongdoing here.

It is confusing trying to understand what this company did. Based on google searches, it seems that it was publicly traded at one point and the SEC suspended trading. The website for UMT says that it is in liquidation mode as cash comes in from the deficiency notes and recourse obligations.

Did anyone follow this company or have knowledge of how investors have fared?
