RNVA never traded for more than a few bucks a share. Was never $85. That is, it's always been penny junk. Those high prices you sometimes see are adjusted for reverse splits.

Don't believe me. Go back to the earliest posts on this board and see what RNVA traded for. Here's a post from 6/8/2016 where someone was thrilled by $1.05.
