[Almost A Myth]

It seems to me by a preponderance of the last day's new DD that a $MRMD / $UNVC merger of some kind will take place after Marimed purchases AGRiMED.

If you hang on Dr Dalton's comment: "All leads to Univec", one could speculate that Univec will be taking a commanding position of Marimed, or at least have substantial control of the operation(s). We will know for sure when we get the official PRs, and at this point it doesn't seem like the wait will be much longer.
