Kayakzz u are a smart poster. Think about this...

They are trying to send us a message that they are still alive and trying.

I know there is speculation of fraud and other bs...and I do consider that possible...but if that's the case...the last thing on my mind if I were Tony would be to update the board.

If I had the SEC and government breathing down my neck...investors wanting action...a 22 million dollar lawsuit...and there was no hope...why bother?
