Either way I want to be clear about what I was saying. Just because you had a turn of phrase or a saying, that does not clearly read in your post. As such, someone could have made a case against you on stock manipulation.
As the saying goes, "The pen is mightier then the sword!" and in this case someone could have brought a complaint against you because of your "phrasing". Be smart and speak with purpose.
