Heck, that is such a tough requirement it's laughable.

Really, the CSE is a Canadian version of the OTC but instead of a wart like our OTC is in the realm of equity markets the CSE is more like a wart on a very small frogs arse.

Tiny little market - almost a 7-11 store of a market - Formed in 2003 - a decade after the last time a Canadian team won the Stanley Cup.

The 'Green' Cup will come home to Uncle Sam as soon as the legalization of pot happens. Then the Wall Street equity finds a home in the US markets. The Canadian stocks are already so over valued that playing them is like buying a day old lottery ticket.
