They aren't gonna sell those ultra cheap

shares from the convert

until next year into a

big price rally...


And could easily convert

rest of that small debt

after Thursday play time...


Accredited means that they

can afford to wait and sell

at favorable prices...


New Auditors will need to

be on Annual Report for

year end 2018...


And debt should be missing...


Those convert shares are gonna

make so much money, it might

make your head spin just
