Per Wiki:

"Operating working capital, or OWC, is the measure of liquidity in a business. Net working capital, or NWC, is the result of all assets held by a company minus all outstanding liabilities. Operating working capital is all assets, minus cash and securities, minus all short term, non-interest debts."

Per Wayne:

What does OWC have to do with your claim NOLs are a Capital Loss? LOL.

I think you are trying to foolishly say that negative Working Capital is a NOL? LMFAO. What are you doing? What failed connection are you trying to make?

I guess when you can no longer defend a stance you try to confuse it or dilute it. LOL.

NOLs are Deferred Tax Assets and are not a Capital Loss as you claim. LMFAO at you!
