could be but if she wanted dismissal could’ve done it a long time ago without all these discoveries and prolonging it. I think she is very very smart. She does not want to give a verdict and she is pressuring a settlement, that’s a sign of a good Judge.

I won’t dispute what you’re saying. I thought I wouldn’t say this, but this current Administration is just as corrupt as the past. They had 2 years to fix this stealing and yet continue to cash-in on the golden goose, it’s pathetic.
I’ve been optimistic all this time (I guess in denial), but no judge wants to step up to the plate and do the right thing, there’re all afraid of losing their job.
I guess it’s not about them growing a pair, but loving the Shareholders money.
