$VRUS is a solid company. Real company, real revenues, real everything. All in the SEC filings, no BS here. Some investors just get impatient and/or think a OTC companies current pps ALWAYS reflects company progress, but it just doesn't. Sometimes pps has to catch up to the company fundamentals.
The one thing i've learned in my years of doing this is solid Management usually always takes care of its shareholders in the end. The longs here SHOULD be rewarded nicely and thats without any RS or any of that needing to happen until we qualify to uplist to a major exchange. Before its even said, I know we have convertible debt on the books but I believe we will be able to pay that off without needing a corporate action. Our new CFO Cutchens just made a hell of a deal for another company he works withs convertible debt ($DIRV) & I believe he was hired to do something similar for $VRUS.
