Based on my quick skim of this 10Q, I think this company could be in trouble.

But then again they do have permits. I always seem to forget that lil’ nugget. Can you imagine how little the machines would have run the last five years without those permits?

The permits and $5 would get them a nice cup of coffee. In other words, the permits are worthless without a commercially viable (and functional) processor.
