What has the CEO not done that he said he would? He has the most to gain here with 200 Million shares. That is followed by Flagship with 100 Million shares and InMed with 100 Million shares. Why mention an 8-K if he were not going to release one? The idea makes no sense. This is being set up for big things in the future.
