On March 26, 2018, the Company entered into a Credit Loan Agreement with Shenzhen Dongyang, as lender, the Company as guarantor and Guizhou Tongren as borrower, pursuant to which the Company agreed to guaranty payment of the indebtedness under a loan facility providing Guizhou Tongren with advances for up to $25 million. Advances under the loan facility bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum.
