Out of what? Not interfering with the company or not holding any shares? George is not part of Cctl indeed. He never was. He made sure BILL was gone and searched for a new CEO: Tom Pillsworth. Why do you need George for when CCTL is in the hands of Tom. Do some DD on this guy. He is a well respected man in the BTC industry and the financial sector. CCTL is in very good hands.
How can you state emphatically that George Sharp is no longer providing advisory and or Consultation Services to assist CCTL in coming into compliance with finra and otcmarkets?
You state to do our due diligence but I have done my due diligence here and she absolutely nothing where George as indicated he is no longer engaged in CCTL. He is obviously still a shareholder.
