Link to where a TA cannot be gagged. They obviously could when they were already giving out SS prior to being gagged.

There is no such thing as an "OTC approved TA." TA's are regulated by the SEC and LDSR's transfer agent, Madison Stock Transfer Inc is current in it's SEC filings. Furthermore, Madison Stock Transfer does participate in the OTC Market's Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program. https://www.otcmarkets.com/corporate-services/transfer-agent-verified-shares-program
So if the company wanted to they could instruct the TA to regularly update the share structure on OTC Markets. Instead, the company has chosen not to allow this for what I think, are obvious reasons.
