Both geezers need a share-printing opportunity to exit their respective sinking businesses so they can gradually dump ~OUTT of these turkeys. Oh, and to con new victims into buying the huge number of shares that need to be printed for CONversions of the numerous toxic FLORRLESS CONvertible debt that you can see on the 10-K are racking up interest and can be CONverted anytime now, if they can just gin up a new crop of shareholder-victims to buy this turd from the toxic financiers and the geezers.

All it says is that two worthless SCAMS have moved in together to form a new SCAM twice as large as the original SIML SCAM. I doubt if they fool very many people. The number of financial predators needed to staff it will be cut in half though LMAO
