No difference substantively. Just a formality. The news is over two weeks old. This is just puff PR for this scam. All it means is that the final docs are signed.
Insignificant. Nobuddy thought this gluing of two sinking rocks together wasn't going to close. Czech the board, there was no doubt about the signature pages to gett signed.
So the PR is no real news. Just a rehash of the same crapola as over two seeks ago, just with signature pages.
The only uncertainty was if the two really old guys - one is 86 and the other is mid-70s - would live long enough to actually sign the final docs. Or if they would need conservators appointed to do it because they lacked competence to execute legal docs.
