End of story???

Re: If Encounter doesn't effect a massive reverse split while pursuing its plan of operations, Encounter's stock will never have the per share price needed to trade on NYSE American, TSX, and the SSE exchanges.

..noteworthy is the use of the term 'massive' preceding reverse split. So where does that take us to? 0.1? A million shares down to a hundred or less? .... last one to leave the room switch the lights off!

…. but he can insinuate that if you invest in ENTI, you'll soon be a shareholder in a NYSE company and those are good, solid, profitable companies that are surely worth more than a no bid ticker shell on the OTC.

Jeff, I'm not a stock broker, so I can't offer you investment advice. Moreover, Encounter can't comment to shareholders as to how their investments in the company will fare. I will state, however, that the total value of the shares you own on the record date will be the same value of the number of shares you end up owning immediately upon the effectiveness of the reverse split; you just won't have so many shares to trade. If Encounter doesn't effect a massive reverse split while pursuing its plan of operations, Encounter's stock will never have the per share price needed to trade on NYSE American, TSX, and the SSE exchanges. The goal is to get off Link ATS and away from OTC Markets. Thanks for your interest. -Randy Hudson

But there are more requirements to trade on an actual exchange than the sp alone. A sp can be manipulated to be anything, given the right R/S ratio.

Which now seems will be massive (Hudson's word) rather than 1:333.
