I only trade after the chart, and it had a really good chance to start going up with the trw dividend. However since we never saw it go above the last top nor ma 200 it felt pretty obvious to me it would go down again. Solomon issued shares at the same time and it was a lot of selling activities and not that many buyers so I’m guessing some people knew/understood that the distribution would fail or was just in for a quick profit.
