Yes, at this point in time it could be anything from delays to significant ramp up. They also said that even a slow start would have a significant impact on TRW's earnings. That's because this stuff is revolving, between 4x and 6x per year. Say, if they have contracts for $10M then that's $50M in revenue, or $5M net profit.
