I guess some shareholders had expected news about the cash dividend

We haven't gotten the Q3-report yet, so we don't know yet whether we will get news about the cash dividend or not.

I think this is an effect of the TRW-mess-up. Even us longs are uncertain whether we will get the cash dividend announcement today or not (although we all know that they HAVE to), and the mess-up with the TRW-distribution destroyed the tiny piece of credilibity he was about to build.
